Usage rates are a flat quarterly rate per household or unit.

Sewer Usage Rate 4/1/24:

$140 per quarter per household/unit

Residence are invoiced each yearly quarter: January, April, July and October.  The invoice reflects prior quarterly usage.  Invoices are due within 30 days.

District Board Meetings are held at the Waste Water plant located on Water Street.  The meetings begin at 6:30 p.m. on the first Monday of each even numbered month.

- Send your funds through your financial institutions bill pay program

- Set-up auto pay and have your payment automatically debited from your account on the 15th of January, April, July, and October.

Administrative fee of $2 will be charged for all paper invoices mailed each quarter.

The title company or attorney handling the sale of your property is to provide written notification to the district.
